The history of Fast Oral Count and the FOC Federation
FOC is a modern fast mental calculation competition format designed to develop intellectual ability, concentration, logic and a drive to improve.
In brief
The FOC competition platform was founded in Aktobe in 2015. The first national FOC tournament took place in 2016.
FOC founder Niyazov Bolatbek Uzakbayevich originated the idea of mental arithmetic tournaments using a screen-based format.
Screen format
The screen format lets spectators watch each participant solve tasks in real time, making competitions more open, engaging and objective.
Digital technology
The federation is introducing its own competition platform for transparent results and convenient tournament management.
