A portal for managing your team
The FOC portal lets learning centres work with their teams and applications. Sign in and check the team and participant details. Pay particular attention to the spelling of names before submitting an application, as these details are used for the competition.
Choose an appropriate event
The olympiad calendar shows dates, locations, levels and participation terms. Match the categories and formats to your students’ preparation. Check prices, deadlines and award criteria in the regulations for your chosen event rather than relying on a previous competition’s terms.
Keep applications, payment and training access separate
Submitting an application does not replace checking its status and payment requirements. Student access to the training platform is arranged separately too. Review each of these items in your team account before the event.
Online tournaments and hosting a competition
Online competitions have their own tournament section on the website. If your centre wants to discuss hosting an event or working with FOC, contact the federation using the details on the site. Agree on the format, requirements and terms before announcing an event.
Results and feedback
Results become available on the event page after official publication. Rankings and reports help you review the team’s performance, but do not replace individual work between teacher and student. For questions about the data, identify the event and participant before contacting support.
